Strawberry Éclair de Génie

A friend from New York introduced me to this pastry while we were wandering the streets of Paris. This delicious “strawberry éclair” comes from Éclair de Génie, a shop renowned for its inventive twists on the traditional French “éclairs". The traditional éclairs that you usually find in every French bakery, come in chocolat and caramel flavor.
