Avocado Toasts

I painted this Mexican dish called “Chilaquiles”, which was cooked by one of entrepreneur friends, Metzly Saavedra. Several years ago, Metzly had the courage to pursue something entirely different from her field of study. She began her journey by opening a food truck to sell her homemade tacos. Her success then lead her to establish “La Catrina” (@lacatrina.lpb) a renowned Mexican restaurant in La Paz, Bolivia.
